New Years Day

We had a few cousins over from out of state at our house on New Years Eve. We all stayed up until 3am. Not a smart move on mine or Kevin's part. Ruby was still on her normal schedule of getting up anywhere between 7-8a. Today, she chose 7:15a. I nudged Kevin to get her, he tried to turn the alarm clock off but realized it was Ruby talking to anyone who wants to listen. Her got her changed and I prepped the bottle. It reminded me of the newborn days of only getting a few hours of sleep. I only had a drink or two because I'm always the "responsible" one.

I made breakfast and it was delish! We spent the day at home and I took advantage of Ruby's 3 hour nap! I took a 2 hour nap myself, I told myself to get it in while you can! After Ruby went to bed for the night, Kevin & I watch "The Dark Knight". It was better than I expected. I'm not much into action movies but this was good. Kevin also rented "Baby Momma" which I can't wait to see.

I'm ready to start the new year on a fresh new tablet.
